How to tell her I like her?

You just have to tell it to her face. She may very much appreciate your honesty. I think if you talk to her a lot, that means that she does value you at least as a friend and would not laugh at you if you just told her how you feel.

well, i think u can't just tell on her face like that as if u own her before u propose, instead...just take ur time, do something nice everytime u meet her, just show how dear she is to u...like for eg., give a nice flower, not a red rose of course(not so fast!!!) or a cute key chain, a nice book, a nice music cd, help her in studies and also in personal things, make her get acquainted to u, and make her feel that u r one whom she can trust...try to express all ur feelings honestly and completely...and one final day, the moment when u will be sure that it belongs to u...u go for it...and try to make it so beautiful that u both will remember that precious moment for ur entire life....Good Luck...:)
