What's worse? Burning or freezing to death?

Either way, you'll experience excruciating pain before you die. I can't make up my mind because both are equally agonizing. Even if you survive, your body will most likely not recover from the permanent damage done. Is it worth living a life where you have to endure physical, mental, and emotional suffering? You decide.

You said to the first responder that if you freeze you are numb. Being numb means you don't feel anything.
However, this is not the case. If one freezes there is pain felt in the extremities...fingers, toes, nose, as the circulation of the blood slows. The affected parts can turn black and rot quite quickly. Also, I believe that the body is overcome by the urge to sleep when one is very, very cold. I have read that to fall asleep is to die. I think this would be much easier than burning.
