Have you ever left early from office when you were on the duty? And the reason?

I am on duty today~ Today's temprature is -10'(Tough i am working at office). The most terrible thing that was something wrong in our air conditioning! Just two persons in this huge space, one of my colleagues and me, and the quite atmosphere and icy air keep my both feet getting cold. Cold office make me do not like move, in order to keep enerage in my body. How i expect as many things as possible are needed me to solve, then i could stand up and sit down during these time. I also consider that if is a kind of behave wasting time to staying here~ Generally speaking, fewer company to make a choice to contact with a logistics company on weekend at all. I really want to leave early, but the responsibility force me to persist staying and guide me to prepare anything else for next Monday:) Have you ever have the same thought with me? How can you convince youself did not leave early until times up?
