Do you think there are still some people dont know how to use internet?

in these days every one must have the knoladge of computer and internet but i thing there are still so many people dont know how to use comeputer and internet what do you say?

I do think there are some person that do not know how to connect internet,even worse,they do not know how to use computer properly.
