What do you think should qualify a person to get banned from here?

Obviously if a person was posting discussions or responses that were completely random, like "aftttt then the aaaaaa monddey!!" then they should probably get banned, because they're just making fun of the site and are just wasting everyone's time to skip past there post. But what if someone posted something that just seems really dumb to ask or something completely random but still sensible.
I think that if a person is posting a question that is obviously not something that would make sense to answer, then I think they should get banned. An example would be asking something like "Who thinks they could get 100 post here?" I mean, it's such an easily answered and strange question that people shouldn't really have to read it. When someone ask a question that is more like, "Who carries a gun in there house and why?" then there is a lot more to talk about in the discussion and it raises controversy and people can say more than just "Me, I can!"
What do you think should be something that should get a person banned from here?

I don't know what should qualify a person to get banned from here because I'm pretty sure that pretty much all members here have posted a discussion that hasn't really gotten a lot of responses or anything. I think they would have to post some pretty offensive things or something like that because when people post dumb discussion topics it's just because they are trying to earn money quick and fast on here.

I think whilst many of us like finding discussions which require thought in responding and can lead to an ongoing discussion & debate. There is also a place for those more simplistic posts which too some may seem daft and irrelevant becase they suit those who do not want to participate in heavy debate, especially if they do not feel they can handle a heavy clash of opinions which occassionaly happens when a debate gets going.
I actually believe that whilst many things on here should and often do lead to you getting banned such as spamming discussions with referal requests. In most cases they should be dealt with in a 3 strikes and you are out system so that constant flouting of the rules will see you depart. The only thing I deem bad enough that warrants an immediate ban would be the stalking and abbusive hassling of members within the private messanging or openly in discussions.

I think what gets me are the members that come in like one today and go into questions, and ask a ton of questions that are just one liners. To me that is not a real post. It is a game to them to see how many people will respond. I saw one member post close to 30 one line questions today, I hate to say it but that is just stupid. They had it like a poll. Or even a quiz, these questions are breaking guidelines, yet they continue to keep doing it. Sure I like to answer questions, But quality ones. Members that post polls, and quizes should be banned.
As for the stupid questions, well, I hate to say it but I have read a few stupid ones. If they are one liners though the poster wont make anything off it, But they seem to enjoy asking one liner questions. I think Mylot should warn them, then if they keep on ban them.
