Do you believe in astrological predictions?

A number of people believe in astrology and do everything and anything as per the predictions quoted by the astrologer whom they have met. For some it turns out positive but there are some negative results also faced by some. People also believe in numerology and change their names and so on.
Are you also a believer of astrology or numerology? Has any predictions been true to you? do you follow any of the tasks suggested by the astrologer or ignore them ?
Please discuss any incidents or accidents that have occured due to predictions in your life...

I belongs to a muslim community,still i belive that there is some thing in astrology.The success of a astrological prediction depends on people who read it.Now a days it is difficult to find a good astrologer.

hi friend i am khan i am also from muslim religion and my religion says that all this are wrong.i am not against you but i am saying the truth what my religion says and i can prove you how it is wrong. listen let now consider that you are studying in school or college or school . now it is time of exam and you are not prepared ,now you are getting question papers before time of exam. now you tell is it right to cheat your career or i am wrong . now compring this you tell me that is it right to cheat our god who had made our life .he is the maker and no body have the right to cheat him if anybody tries it will suffer. the life is full of tragedies so let it be and live on your responsiblity and not on others like astrologers. your friend alwaya with you , khan.

Hi yogambal, as far as astrology is concerned, there has to be some link with our day to day lives. The way the planets align and the position of the planets etc must have something to do with our lives. As one can even see how the moon affects the tides of the oceans and seas. I'm a christian and my religion does not believe in astrology and that sort of things, but i must say personally, i do believe a little in astrology. Thank you.

As a Christian, I believe that God can speak to someone anyway he wants. If he wishes to speak to someone through the stars, he can. For example, the wise men who followed a star to Christ. However, God doesn't make mistakes, so if your methodology of divining the future, whatever it is, has an error rate, then your methodology is not from God.

I believe astrology but not astrologers.. confusing? I do beleive that astrology is a great science. But in the present days we can't find good astrologers. So these astrologers often fail but that does not mean astrology fails..
I won't jump with joy if a very good astrologer gives me good predictions nor will I be upset if he gives me very bad predictions...
Because I can't trust them 100%..
I will do some tasks that are within my capacities.
