my diet

the weighing scale is no longer budging. i am stuck at 110 lbs. sometimes it goes up a little, but it never goes down. so i got on a diet again.
for a week now, i have replaced my breakfast with a low-calorie drink that is supposed to give me my body's energy requirements until lunchtime. then i eat a full lunch and a heavy afternoon snacks. that's it. sometimes, i take nonfat milk for dinner, sometimes i don't. i feel so much lighter already. but i am not sure if i have lost weight yet. i think i am just firming up for now because i also take the effort to move around.
i just need to lose 10 lbs more. but even if i only lose 5 lbs by the end of january, i am already happy. i think i can do it, with much discipline. now i have eaten two small slices of pizza. that is it for the day. i am already full and don't need to eat dinner. :D

I have just finished a 1 week total cleanse detox and now starting my diet I am not in bad shape but no I need energy and confidence to go where I want to go in life, I dont do supplements or pre-mixed drinks the best thing you can do to lose waste fast is
1. Breathe effectively in ratios of in for 5, hold for 15 and out for 10 do this 10 times each day (This helps flush toxins out of your body and make your system stronger to deal with the processes happening in your body
2. Take on plenty of water.. water will not only make you feel full but also aid the fluidity of your body
3. Exercise daily, I use a morning exercise routine of impact exercise in my living room for around 20 mins each morning...gets me ready for the day ahead
4. Eat mainly fruit and veg throughout, there are lots of delicious meals to make without lots of additives
