Do you play games like carrom-board, cards or other games with your family members during holidays or at other times when all are at home? My parents used to play games like carrom-board, chess and so many other games with us, when we were all school going and had winter hols and could not move out due to severe cold out.
Do you also love playing and enjoying time with your family other than going and spending time in a restaurant or movie ?

Hi yogambal,
I am not familiar with any of the indoor games mentioned in your list. My elder son is learning some indoor games in school this year. He started to ask whether I can join him to play games. Most of the time I am engaged with some work so can’t spend time for particular games. But I do spend time with my kids for some other activities like telling a story, reciting rhythms for them and some other plays.

We do it sometimes,in summer or Christmas vacations where my family use to have one another. We seldom do it because we are separated from different locations. My parents are residing in different place together with my aunt,my brother and his wife and their kids.

We used to play carrom-board, and cards in the house a long time back. After the advent of cable TV all those things were forgotten, and now days the ladies in my house just watch the serials every minute.Well the good old days are gone.

At the moment I have no time but our favourite game was chess and card games. We used to play rummy, sol, flush, and other card games. Now I prefer to play online where I have downloaded several card games. I also have a casino online but I do not play for money.
