my PC hang when there is disk inserted on my DVD ram drive

anyone please help me!! my pc hang everytime i inserted a disk on my my dvd ram drive.. i can access the disk files but after a minute my pc hang and i have to restart it again and same process going on..

hi friend, For pc many trouble shoot will be their. When you insert a cd into dvdrom drive your pc is hanging. You can format your pc it will be solved.Try this process you will pc will works properly. have a good day.

There are many reason for hang the PC the time of inserting cd to DVD ram drive. The first reason is may be the DVD files correpted.the second chance is that DVD burnt with high speed that speed don't accept your DVD reader.The third reasen may be your computer have no memory to load DVD contets.
