Who owned a business and jealouse family destroded it

l am an English man living in Bulgaria l set up an estate agency.Then l bought a coffee bar 50 seating outside and 48 inside.
1 problem l employed my girlfrieds family and it all went to hell because family think they are all bosses and not workers.
Please tell me if you have had similar experience.
But l now speak Bulgarian German and a little Russian.
Plus l am forgetting my English spelling. Sorry
