Has anyone every read license and T.O.S while installing a software??

I have never read the big long pages of license and T.O.S while installing a software or signing up for a website have you?

in the starting when i started using net i used to read that crab but then it waste too much time then now i don't even see

no my friend truely speaking i never read what is written there inte aggrement and i think this is the case with 90 percent of the users who are aware of the things. i mean what is the use. why should i waste my time

I don't read that kind of thing. I've read part of it, most often depending on how its formatted. They all say the same thing, often replacing one company name with another, and maybe one or two paragraps or sections designated to that spesific company. The only time I'm aware of every detail of a contract tearm or condition is when I have to change something over the phone with my cell phone provider. Then they read that stuff usually skipping to the part that sets them appart from the rest of the world. I half listen waiting for that magical phrase "did you understand that?" My answer of course is always yes, I agree. So I don't waste my time, or theirs by forcing them to repeat themselves.
