Hi people.
I'm back.
First, I'm back to be alive. Second half of december I "made" a sort of hearth attack - lung edema generated by cardiac insufficiency on a high risck background life style (tons of instant coffee, 40+ cigarettes / day, heavy stress etc). After few days on intensive therapy and several more in hospital, I'm finaly out-free.
Second, I'm back here and ready to roll - hopefully I'll make also some coins too posting here - I mean more than last year
So, how are you people ?
Oh, btw .. a bit late but better later than never:
I wish to all of you, friends and not-yet-friends and specially to mylot staff, a better year, lot of happyness and every-good-thing you whish for you and others to come true. Happy new year!!!

That's definitely good to hear. I think that if you can keep yourself busy or keep your mind occupied then you will perhaps not have as much stress which will lead to you not smoking as much. I used to smoke quite a bit about a year ago but I'm finally starting to get sick of the way it makes my body feel. I can feel my chest getting tighter when I smoke now and it's just really making me want to quit once I finish the pack that I have.
Good luck with your health friend.

Well, "1989622" (which probably mean June 22, 1989), I can tell you this: If you finaly understand best thing is to be yourself and go for what you need, then you reach the moment of second birth - now you are alive.
Go for your goal(s), do - at least time to time - something for yourself.
In last few years I didn't do it and .. look what had happen to me, to my health.

I just thought aout you this morning, and now I find a post. I am sure glad that you are back. Yes, I wish you health and prosperity in 2010. This is one reason I never erase a friend. They have things happen, but then they do come back.

I was wondering what had happened to you! I am so sorry for your illness - you are such a young man and I will pray that you recover completely . Stress is horrible and you must develop some coping mechanisms. For me, it is going down to the water ( work by the sea) and almost within a few minutes I feel better - totally de-stressed. Take care my friend, take great care.

Thanks for nice words, cynthiann.
Well, I don't have water - read sea/ocean - close enough to use it as strong medicine against stress , but I would love to ..
Well, you can ask me to become citizen of your country and city, which will lead me to have access to the same refreshing enviorment as you ...

Well thank you for not leaving without a good-bye lol.
Perhaps now is the best time for this to have happened, a wake-up call of sorts. You are young enough to correct the habits that led you there and even undo some of the damage. Not easy, I know. But...

Welcome back. I'm thankful the medics arrived in time and you received the necessary treatment quickly. Did the event teach you a lesson? Maybe a change in lifestyle will prevent another such occurrence. I wish for you a calm, satisfying and achieving new year with no repeats of bad health.

Thank you very much for greetings, CW.
A lesson ? Neah .. I was awared I might reach to this at a certain point in my life, I was hopping it will be 30-40 years later and not now ...
As I said 2 answers above, I made some changes and adjustments ... I want to live 101 years and then die (at that age) while climbing Everest ...

Wonderful, you're back wmraul, my knight in shining armour. Now Stvasille and I have been wondering where you'd gone and I gave not a thought to a possible health problem, as we had you in a long queue to buy something on the Romanian streets, and when the shop ran dry you simply joined another queue instead of going back home.
Cripes, all the time in hospital bed, where they probably didn't let you smoke. So have you given up and changed your ways? Glad to have you back, and although I'm a fine one to say it, cut down on the coffee.

Thanks for warm welcome, commander Data. Well, yes, I managed to stay alive, as allways, and I'm ok, as much as it could be, while what I "have" (health status) is something have become permanent. No cure, ever. Some overfillings restricted from now on ...
