I hate Crickets...

You guys probably know what a cricket is right? Well I find this insect annoying because of one main reason- THEY WONT SHUT UP! lol... So I went camping last week with my friends in the woods so when I was trying to sleep I started to hear the sound of crickets which annoys the hell out you trust me... I went out to scare crickets so they will go away which it didn't work and I couldn't sleep that day because I'm those type of person who can't sleep well when you hear sounds.
Do you hate crickets too like me? Why?

There was a time I couldn't stand crickets because of the sound they made lol. To me they are right up there with cicadas when they come out. I have been on a retreat in high school and we were staying in cabins. Well it was so quiet that the crickets were chirping so loudly that it took two hours to fall asleep.
