smoky eyes

Before applying your eyeshadow make sure you have eyeliner on your top lids first and also make sure you have mascara on your top eye lids too. This with help you out with the following eyeshadow procedure. If you want some smoky eyes i suggest taking a lights and darker color together but of the same color scheme of course and mix them together and apply to your eyes. I use a gray and light black and mix in a sparkle brown with this to make my eye shadow, do not add this to your top of the eyes where your eyes match up with your eye brows just on your eyelid part itself. Now for the top part of your eyes i have a metallic light gold that i rub in all over my eyes to make it smoky and stand out of course. I use a liquid eyeliner on the upper and lower lid to begin with. Then I apply a silvery colour to the whole lid. I then use black eyeshadow with a slanted brush to apply the eyeshadow to the upper and lower lids, I normally apply quite a thick layer on the for a really smokey look. Finally I add lots of mascara! One extra tip is to apply pencil eyeliner on the inside lid on both sides. Hope that helps!
