Raise PR blog

I have a blog, has less or more for 4 month doing blogging activities. But until now my blog PR (Page Rank) is still 0. Some have me try, such as up-date content, list on dMoz, referencing on Facebook, Shong, Yuwie, but not optimal. For myLoter friends, could you tell me the ways for raising my PR blog ?Except what I have been doing.

IT depends if your blog visited by visitors, i have blog also and i need more visitors to leav comment to my posted articles. if you want we can trade in, i will visit your blog and you visit mine. and ofcourse leave comments in every article you see in my blog. thanks. heres my bog link
