what is the main difference between personal and personnnel security?

i just confused by this question.my college has put forward this question to me and i just keep silent ,because i don't know the actual difference and i hope i will get the good result in this topic...

From my own understanding, pesonal is related to your self meaning it is private. While personnel security is related to the company or a group of employee in any public service.

personal means relating to individual person and personnel is a group of body like working employees

Isn't personal as in yourself and personnel as in like, employees?
