I listen to the VOA Special English every day. From Janurary, I began to write down what I heard.
I chosen the reports not more than 4 minutes and wrote the sentences one by one. But I made a huge number of mistakes even though I was sure about what I heard and I understood it correctly before I wrote it down.
I would check the whole article after I finished it. And then I made a comparison with the original article. I found my writting was so different with the writer. Of course I would learn from my mistakes. But I feel so miserable because of the mistakes.
I'm just thinking if the quantity could upgrades the quanlity.
And any mention for the upper is appreciated.

it would be hard to learn English all by yourself, you will need somebody to guide you. If there would be more mistakes then quantity is not on your side.

I don't know. I've passed CET-4(Colledge Enlish Test Brand 4) in my country.
Many Chinese kids are suggested to use the VOA Special English to practise listening abilities similar with my level. And there are some people providing versions and key structure and grammer below the original article also.
Did you ever read the reports?

A very good choice of yours to gain mastery over the language. Keep it up till you become quite proficient in English language. Good luck.

Yes we learn from our mistakes. As saying goes, constant practice makes perfect. So just go on and you'll see the improvements...
