Another Tough Day for Detroit!

I was really cheering for Detroit today! I thought the hockey gods might give them a break and let them win this one since they got robbed yesterday!! It was a great game though. Loved the Patrick Eaves shot to the net off the face off to tie 3-3. And then, Bertuzzi's spin-a-rama shoot out goal!! I really thought that was it. At least you got 2 points this weekend Jewels. That's more than my team got! The West is looking good. Canucks put a bad hurtin on Pittsburgh last night. I have said it before, the West will take it all this year!!

As long as Pittsburgh doesn't take it I'll be okay. The West is always so good. If the red Wings weren't so burned out , The Pens wouldn't have won this past year.I am glad the wings tied. I saw the Hawks score first and I got that " Oh No!" feeling and I left. When I got back , it was tied so i stayed away.

It was a good game, not the ending I would have liked, but a good game to watch. Tuesday night Our Wings and your beloved Caps..in their house.

Hehe! Burrows shorty was a sweet one! And it was the one that got the canucks going. Sorry that it had to be on the newbie Curry. But that russian WHL goalie was great though!

Great game! Datsyuk's slow down goal and Big Bert's spinarma was fun to watch. Too bad they had to lose in a shoot out again. I almost jumped out of me seat when Eaves tied the score. I hate that the hawks have another 2 points and are at the top of the whole league. But, I wouldn't be surprised if the wings land in 8 and both these teams met up again in round one of the playoffs!

It was a great game..Watching the wings play the hawks is like watching the wings play the wings. The Blackhawks have a ton of talent on that team, not ready for the play off win yet, but if they can keep that group together, they will ge their cup. Big Bert must be learning all kinds of things now that he is skating with Z and Pav. That goal was one pretty goal. I saw that bounce was having a good night..poor sid the kid..
