Any ideas of how to make teeth whiter?

I brush my teeth twice a day and use chewing gum after eating, but still my teeth are not perfectly white. There is a little bit yellowish color present, perhaps it's caused by tea or coffee, although I drink only a cup of it once a day. I've tried different toothpastes, but none of them have had any noticeable effect. So, do you have any suggestions, how could I make my teeth whiter?

Most of the important is to pay attention to the dental health. Brush your teeth well and try to avoid the tea or coffee. But I don't have other secrets to make the teeth whiter. I love China

Well, eat one apple a day. The special elements in apple should whiten your teeth. But remember, after having an apple, you should brush your teeth in a few minutes because it also makes the teeth decay happen.

I think I heard something about these apples too, perhaps it was that "Brainiac" show. Thanks for answering!:)

Hi, Bio Baking soda is also a good cleaner and whitener. You can brush or rub it on your teeth using your toothbrush. I have read that hydrogen peroxide can be mixed with baking soda but I do not know if that is safe. So, I just use baking soda. Have a nice day!

Hey, Rainegurl, thanks for your suggestions. It seems, that previously mentioned Crest White Strips also contain hydrogen peroxide, but I don't know, whether it's safe or not to mix baking soda with hydrogen peroxide.

Mixing baking soda and peroxide whitens teeth beautifully, Just make a paste out of it and brush your teeth with it. You should still use regular toothpaste as using baking soda and peroxide will strip the enamal off of your teeth. Also eating fresh lemons whitens teeth you can rub the lemon flesh and the peel inside and out on your teeth which helps to whiten the teeth. Your teeth will not whiten overnight! But if you make this part of your dental hygeine regimine you will see a difference.

Here's a few tips: 1. try dipping the tip of your tooothbrush in some baking soda. Baking soda helps remove stains from soda, coffee or tea. 2. Brush your teeth right after drinking coffee. 3. Use a whitening toothpaste instead of regular ones. 4. There are also whitening strips available in the market. 5. Have your teeth bleached/whitened by your dentist. Good luck!
