I don't know anyone,but I was thinking of unusual pets and what could they be.Do you know anyone who owns an unusual pet and what is it?

not at the moment. but over the years I've had dogs, cats, horses, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, fish, stick insects, and a tarantula. none of which I find that unusual

I dont find any of these pets unusual,as a matter of fact,I own a pet rat,and I used to have 2 ferrets.Lester and Lucy,which I no longer own.I used to have pet rat litters,and give them away.Stick insects and tarantulas I never owned though,I owned bunnies,hamsters,cats,dogs,fish,but never a horse!thanks for your comment!

Don't know if you will consider it "unusual", but I have a friend who owns 2 ferrets.

No,to me its not odd to own ferrets,I myself owned two of them,which I no longer have.They are not common pets,but they are not odd pets.I have pet rats,I know a few friends that also have pet rats.Thanks for your comment!

I guess it depends what you consider unusual. My best friend used to have ferrets as pets which isn't too bad I guess. She also still haves a chinchilla. I think that is a little more unusual. Other than that everyone I know either has cats or dogs mostly.
