Be on dieting, don't eat meat, use salads in your diet and make habit of walking in the early morning.

Excuse me the latest in weight loss is actually weight control. Dieting is only a temporary solution. Eating right in terms of food quality and quantity, exercise and have a positive mind-set is now the name of the game of losing weight for good and remain a comfortable weight for a life time. depend on how fast you need to lose it to tell which plan is right for you, And if you have any health problems. There is one way that might work...but I warn you, it is not healthy but it will get the weight off quickly. I know. I have done it in the past to get off baby weight quickly. But like I said, it is unhealthy. So here goes. You take laxatives. And I don't mean a ton of them but a few at a time. I would take 3 at once and drink lots of water. you don't want to get dehydrated. and when you see you can tolerate that then you can increase it to 3 at once, 2 times per day. and make sure it is the maximum strength laxative. that works best. and the weight will just fall off.
