yes, sure. As long as they are safe and authentic, why not have a try? I am a Chinese man, and I know if you choose the right thing to take, it will take effect soon. Besides, you can also try accupuncture and moxibustion, they are also effective.
If you are interested to communicate further, you can add me and send me messages.
Good luck!

I was introduced to herbalife and became a distributor few years back. Losing weight through herbalife is expensive as their products are not cheap. There is money to make if you are able to convince others to take herbalife. I see no result in me so I have to surrender taking it.

I tried losing weight for many years but succeeded last year, only when I followed the tried and tested, good old method of burning calories and decreasing fats in foods. All other methods that I tried either gave only temporary results or none at all. I had also been recommended Herbalife by a friend who was a Herbalife distributor but found the supplements too rich in proteins and with an unnatural, synthetic taste in them. I gave up after 3 days and never went back to it. I am yet to meet anyone who has sustained weight loss by a single course of Herbalife.
A better way would be to plan an exercise regimen, even if it is just plain walking, and stick to it for months to come. At the same time, try to reduce your food intake by first 10%, then 20% and cap it at 30%. Allow yourself sweet dishes and high-calorie foods only on Sunday. Gradually but surely, you will find your weight peel away and also enjoy your regular walks, also looking forward to them when they become due as per your schedule.
