Dental treatments are one of the most popular served services of the world. They can enhance the facial outlook of any person and can give a new meaning to their smile. Now a day’s most of the people are getting more and more conscious about their appearances. Tooth Bleaching is one of the popular treatments (especially amongst the teenagers), which makes their dull and stained teeth look more whiter and brighter. I care more about whitening of teeth. Do you see a dentist regularly? Do you have ever any treatment for your teeth health?

When you get your picture taken, everyone sayes 'cheese Smile' So you do you open your mouth and show your teeth. After you eat, bacteria go crazy over the sugar on your teeth, like ants at a picnic. The bacteria break down into acids that eat away tooth enamel.causing holes called cavities.I thing not see dentist regularly and do the following self treatment use simple toothbrush(soft) and replacing it every two months, brush teeth twice a day

Tooth bleaching focus more on improving our appearance, but dental care must be our top priority. Replacing our toothbrush every 3 months is one way of taking care of our teeth. It's not costly as teeth bleaching; thus, anyone could do it. We just need to bare in mind our toothbrush age, the fact we often forget.

Hi kevinll .
I read last year that taking care of your teeth will help the rest of your body. If one has an infection or other problems with their teeth it could eventually lead to over-burdening your system. There was a report somewhere linking cardiac problems with teeth problems.
I go to the dentist about twice a year, but this is under my wife's insurance. About over 10 years ago, the dentist nicely took care of a front tooth I had that had a piece missing.

Not really. I just go to Dentist if I have a toothache. I just brush my teeth twice a day to keep my teeth healthy and not drink soda.

Hello kevinll me too often do have to visit my dentist for some teeth problems, recently got an decayed tooth pulled out.Actually it got half broke while eating food, and was hurting my gums while chewing, also it was decayed due to lots of choclates in childhood. It was too painful, even my mouth wasn't opening for having some food but got relief after it got out, but it took time.Well getting white teeths is easy in our natural way, we can apply some lime and soda mixture on it, it whitens.Anyways keep it up with your health and tooth, Happy mylotting.
