Nokia E52

I bought a Nokia E52 cell last Sep after long expecting, though it has some shortcomings but I still love it a lot till recently it crashed several times for no reason, and it has serious restart problem! I even tried over one hour to get it restarted, oh my god, I love it but I hate this problem, I found many users are just like me, hope Nokia could provide a solution ASAP to save us...

Why don't you bring your cp to a technician for check up? We all know that Nokia cellphones are user friendly. Many people prefer Nokia rather than any other unit or model. Maybe there is problem inside your Nokia..

Hmm! That's very interesting! I have a Nokia e51 and they look almost the same, with some exceptions, but till now I haven't got any problems with it! You should try to put some other SIM card in it, because the problem may not be fro the phone! if your SIM card is damaged you will surely have problems with the phone! And try something else- restore the phone settings to its fabric ones. It may also help!

chriszh22, It seems like a firmware problem and I don't suppose you should take any advices here than pay the service center a visit. I am sure there will be some critical firmwares to be updated and if you are not familiar then please let the professionals do it. I do not have any issues with my N97 which I have already given away to my uncle to use. Take care and have a nice day.
