Making money online can be tough.

So I have decided that I was going to look for a few ways to make money online. I mean a more serious amount as well, not 20 cents here 30 cents there my current goal is about $15/day that can be cashed out at least every month and I decided that I was going to do it without spending a single dime. So how has it been? Not so good. I am around $5 or so per day which isn't to bad I guess since I also don't want to be online all day long doing little things for nothing. The key as everybody knows is referrals, but I don't want to be a spammer when it comes to looking for referrals and haven't had a whole lot of luck, as in almost none. So what do you guys suggest? I have only a few programs that I am using to meat these goals and right now have virtually no referrals. It is actually pretty depressing that I haven't been able to really find people who are willing to be a active and have no idea, outside of spamming which seems to work for some people. Any suggestions, if you are willing to let me in on your tips.
