I start training today

No that picture was the picture that came up under the call center category when I started the discussion under that interest. But the one I'll be working in there are a lot of work stations too. The call center I will be working at is an in-bound call center, taking calls from customers to start accounts, activate XM radios, and other customer service related calls from XM customers.

So far its going great. Although I guess it's easy to say that when it's just two days into the training.

Through next week we're still in training classes. So right now it's still pretty good. Just a lot to have to learn.

Yes, I hear you. Some of these jobs now-a-days. It's like you have to learn so much, you think your head will explode! Good luck and keep us up on what's going on. Maybe we can share some call center stories as time goes on. Take care

Oh yea. I can tell already after being home with Kayla as long as I was that it is going to be a lot different.

The training classes are for two weeks. But the good thing is you even get paid during the training classes also.

It is interesting so far. Of course today was just the second day of classes.
