Still how many days Utilbux need to open its cashout through Paypal to Alertpay?

hi all, I have $8 in utilbux to be cashed out, but payment process page returns error every time i go for it.
I think utilbux will be a complete scam now. Same as hybux did.
what do you say about this ?
