How much you care for your teeth?
What can be uglier than yellow teeth? Can you imagine anything uglier than a yellow smile? No one is perfect, of course, but we must have the good sense to know how to hide what we will put to shame.
We have to work a girl who has yellow teeth and her boy friend give her as gift a session at the dentist, bleaching. You can imagine? What could be more shameful?
So who can smile if know that don t have a tooth or who know that have yellow teeth?

this topic is so mean... "uglier" than yellow teeth?? i don't think it should labeled as uglier... many elders here in our place believes that those who have yellow teeth also have the stronger teeth... try a research on this... "descriptive as possible", yellow for being what?? natural?? or for having tartar..think again..
and also, here in our place, smiling without a teeth doesn't matter..in fact, sometime cause them money (actors, actresses, comedians). always be descriptive as possible, think of what will others will think about you... think of the better words to post... that's all thank you.. God Bless..HAPPY MYLOTTING ^^,

I believe that if one has their teeth bleached it doesn't last that long anyway and I'm sure that - in the long run - damages them. All I can think of when bleached teeth is mentioned...Simon Cowell, I mean, how vain is he? Well done to Ricky Gervais who did not bow down to pressure in the US to have his teeth whitened. Doesn't make him less funny does it?

My intention was to make this topic not "uglier" just healthier. So you like yellow teeth? because are strong? here , i don t like smile without a tooth, i ll go to dentist to replace it, or i try don t smile to much for a while, at least with open mouth. People will think bad about me because i say that we must go to dentist, must to keep a good hygiene, this is all. thank you

This is really harsh and very hurtful. Growing up my mother did the best she could raising me on her own, but dental care wasn't covered by insurance and wasn't something we could afford. I brushed daily, but until I got my own dental insurance when I was 22, I was not able to go for checkups or cleanings. I have gone religiously every 6 months since and have sat through a few fillings and a root canal.
Because of the long period without dental care, the brief period that I smoked, and the coffee I drink regularly, my teeth are not bright white but instead have a slight discoloration and my front teeth are not perfectly straight. Am I ashamed of myself, yes, because of people like you that make me feel like it's not ok. I have many, many years worth of non-smiling pictures because I thought I was ugly. It took growing up and becoming an adult to know that my smile is nothing to hide.
Something you might also want to think about before belittling people, some medications have also been known to discolor people's teeth. So regardless of some people's dental habits, they don't have a choice.
So to answer your questions:
How much do you care for your teeth: Very much. I brush twice a day and floss daily.
What can be uglier than yellow teeth/yellow smile: An ugly personality that pokes fun of people with flaws.
I can imagine what? My BF giving me a gift like that: Yes, I would gladly acccept it however, my BF loves me the way I am and unless I was that self-conscious about it, he would never buy that as a gift.
Who can smile: I can. Because I know regardless of my smile, I am a very attractive person, inside and out, which is more than I can say for some...

Is good to accept a gift like this with a big smile, but i will think before if he want make me feel better, because e care about me, or he want just say me something about how i know to care about my teeth; any way, in my opinion, flowers is the best gift; poor girl cry for 2 days...maybe she know for what.

I prefer without a tooth as if when a person with yellow teeth will laugh then other people will stop their laughs.
Yellow teeth does not look good at all and its better not to show it to anyone else instead its better to control your laugh.

Is so simply really, this don t have something to do what character we have, depend how much we respect ourself or how much respect people around(when we eat in to a restaurant, where people like to have good meal, and i will smile with few yellow teeth) for sure that will lose his apetit.you can imagine if somebody want to kiss you...what will be? for sure that will run so fast

I think yellow teeth are discusting. My teeth were yellow in the summertime and I felt really bad about myself when I'd smile. Luckily I found a whitening toothpaste and I try to floss as much as possible.

Honestly when I see someone (not to oldies though) with a yellow teeth or got a missing teeth, no matter how hot that person is, I feel turned off to that person. It feels like that person isn't hygienic and stuff... so no I don't like them!
but I can understand it when it comes to oldies which is kinda normal to them.

I don't have the eyesight to see their facial expressions, so as long as they don't have really bad breath, I have no problems with them. In a lot of cases being legally blind has a lot of really great advantages. lOl

Hi there Ice smile
Well i do care for my teeth. I have no cavities at the moment, my teeth are pretty o.k. not to white though. I don't smoke, but my parents smoked ever since i was a kid, and that may have affected me as well.
I don't think is fair to judge a person just because he / she is missing a tooth. I for example have one milk tooth that is still present in my mouth (i am 22+ years old) and the replacement does not EXIST - yes it never existed, so when this one is gone i will have 1 missing... forever :P
Well i think that smiling and laughing shouldn't be controlled, as this is a natural feeling, but yes, we all should take good care of our teeth and visit the dentist sooner rather then later.
