PayPal and MyLot

Up until now I still don't have a PayPal account and I'm just curious about a few things on paypal.
Can someone confirm that I can join paypal without using a credit card? and how do I withdraw or get my money that I earned from paypal? I'm only planning to use my paypall to receive payments anyway... and I'm 16. will paypal allow me to register?
about myLot.. there is this listing about countries that myLot serves but paypal is also available in my country so will it also work with mine?

you can use paypal without a credit card. I use to do that until I wanted to actually have it connected with my bank. You can register for paypal at 16 I did and it was fine.What is your country? they do have a list that you can go look at on your account page.

I'm from Philippines. I saw that list but they do not have Philippines there but Paypal still allows me to register. will it work out for me?

unfortunately they wont allow me to register unless I am 18 so I have to wait for about a year to register :(( thanks for the reply though..
PS I forgot I'm already 17 LOL

if u have no paypal account yet, u can use ur family's paypal account that u trust to receive the payment. However, he/she doesn't have account here, unless it doesn't allowed. Next time when u reach 18-year-old u can create ur own paypal account n change the paypal email u register in mylot.
