a food to full the empty stomach, a cash to the beggars,a work to a frend,a knowledge to share,a blood,services u can give, and a guidance to someone..

Well i feel satisfied helping the people who is hungry and helpless, by getting them a small job. I think its our duty.

A few things bear in mind when we talk about helping others. I for one lends a helping hand when somebody is in need. Financially or emotionally I am always around to help out. All I ask is trust. Trust that the person you are helping will not see it any other way but a gesture of goodwill. I have experienced way back that some see it as another way to get somebody to trust you then they will do something bad in the long run.
