do you make a proper use of your credit cards?

hi friends my of us have credit cards mostly IT professionals and business magnets but no one go for its proper use.....even too there is a facility for a student to have a credit card and it is the best way for one to make money from the public due to the lack of proper knowledge and use and now came to a position if not used will be fined and most don't know about this fine. if you know any thing more about this please let me know as i took use that always paying high interests....so i can and also many can have a proper use..
