Okay,dont be much afraid.All our food is converted into sugar!Its only when your body dosen't produce sufficient insuline,then there is danger.

No sugar at all, not in tea, not in coffee. I don't like sweet drinks at all but sweet tea tastes especially disgusting for me.

I don't use sugar in tea but my wife uses 2 sugar. I think there is no need for sugar in tea. LOL
