I used accustomed to drink water when going and after meals. It is strongly recommended, because we can make our throat wet and push food in to the stomach. But I was left it, or perhaps not accidentally left behind. Now what happen ?I have a new habit of drinking sodas either when going and after eating. When referring to health, my habit is not recommended. Does myLoter know ?

Drinking water is a healthy habit as you know very well but soda is very harmful
for your overall system.
You should change your habit .Soda drinks are high on caffine contents.Later when you age you can become a paitent of hypertension ,irregular heart beat, excessive urination and other side effects.
Soda consumption causes weight gain and weight gain can result in diabetes.Drinking sodas can cause cell damage too.The caffine and sugar content can lead to dehydration and kidney damage.
Researchers say that soda eats up the tooth enamel and can cause tooth decay and dental eroison. They can weaken the bones and can even lead to calcium loss.
So friend before you drink soda ,think twice.

too much soda is not good.. i used to be a soda drinker.. i can have 3 servings everyday.. but i stopped after feeling some gut wrenching pain in my abdomen..plain water is better...

I agree with the other mylotter. Trade in the sugary sweets for drinking more water. I know I am trying to do that and wean myself off the sugary junk. I don't like water straight out so I try flavoring it with a little lemon or put a cucumber in it. It is really refreshing! If I have to have a sugary sweet drink, then I will opt for Hawaiian Punch, juice, or tea.

It's better to drink water than to drink sodas. So I would advise you find a way to leave this habit behind and pick your old one back up again. I rarely drink sodas, probably only one every few months. I typically drink either water, tea, milk, or orange juice. These drinks are much better for your health than any sodas.
