how to study very effectively and avoid distractons

The best thing to do would be to experiment with different study methods. Try to find the most suitable time for you. Turn off distractions to prevent them interfering with what you need to do. Try going somewhere else to study if you find it hard in certain rooms. The library may be a great place to concentrate but may be too quiet if you like a little background noise to help your focus. The best study method for you is easily achievable. All you need to do is discover it by process of elimination. I know the feeling though, it took me a long time to work out what works best for me, which is why I do most of my studying during the early hours of the morning when I am most awake and alert.
