Do you have a disease or family history of disease or illness?

we have rheumatism running in our family. my mother has it currently and i have started getting problem with my small joints of the hand in winters.so i am taking extra precautions.

My mother's family history of diseases are cancer and hypertension. On my father's side, it's hypertension as well and diabetes mellitus. A history like that is really in our genes, making us at risk to those diseases compared to other people. Our present lifestyles could also put us at more risk, so we have to do preventive measures.

My family has a family history of a lot of different things, even so it seems most of the things that the family's medical history is about is mental things. That is to say, that there are a few of us healthier then others, so I think that most of the things that is genetic is only so because of how we perceive things. Oh yea I know that was terribly more confusing then it had to be.

I'm sad to say cancer runs a lot in my family :(

We have family history of heart problem.cardic arest.My grandfather,father and his two elders brothers passed away by heart attack.we have family history of even blood pressure and bad chlosterol.I am afraid also to have this genetic ilness.Do you have any family ilness?does this passes to all next or there is some stop?
