Do you clean and wash your coffee/tea cups immediately after drinking ?

I have the habit of washing my cup immediately after I drink coffee or tea. My husband also does it most of the time. But my children very rarely do it in spite of my repeated asking them to do it.
Do you have this habit of washing and cleaning your cup immediately after drinking coffee or tea? Have you trained your children to do this?

It depends on time and work.
Sometimes I am drinking tea and simultaneously doing some kitchen work like cutting vegetables etc. In that case I will finish my work then will go for cleaning the cup. If I am enjoying my tea without doing any work then I will clean the cup immediately. My hubby drinking tea and reading his news paper together and he rarely cleans the cup, I am doing for him too. My kids are small and on holidays evening they may take tea with us. My younger son is collecting the cups and throwing the same into the kitchen- zinc and enjoying the sound. Luckily no cup broke yet.

I always clean my glass or cup as soon as I have coffee or tea. I hate to leave it for the ants and bees. My husband likes to clean it after a while after leaving it in kitchen sink and wash it with other things. I like clean plates and other kitchen utensils as soon as I am done with using them. I hate to see a kitchen sink filled with dirty plates and vessels.

I try to do it each and every time but sometimes I will soak it for a little bit of time. As for children I have taught them to clean after themselves but as grownups they did not get that side of me unfortunately. I don't know what happen I thought and least one of the two would have been a clean freak like me.

Yes, I do wash my cup as soon as I have finished my coffee or tea, or else there will be tea or coffee stains left on and in the cup. That's just something normal we adults do. Yes, my children are influenced by me and my spouse. They always wash their cups after drinking their milk.
