I'm afraid that I have to say NO as well. Yes, I think about food all the time, and YES I am a BIG eater, but I can stop myself from eating non-stop. It's very bad for the health and your pocket (as you need to spend a lot to buy all the foods). At times when I really craved for food, I indulge on fruits and plain water.

I am constantly thinking about food, planning my next snack or meal, or looking for something to eat. It consumes my thoughts, unless I keep myself busy and distracted. If I'm really out of control, I'll try to do something active to take my mind off food, or at least stall me from eating for long enough to get a little cardio in and hopefully offset some of what I'll inevitably be putting in my body!

Well, I do think about food a lot during the day. I do physically wake up hungry, I have been that way since I was little. I'm a breakfast eater and I do have a bedtime snack. NO ONE FREAK. It's not a whole pizza or anything. My body needs food about every 3 hours, so I have to plan ahead. I guess I would say I do think about food all day long, but I'm not sure like how you are.
The next question I would ask is: What do you do about these thoughts when you have them? Do you hold them captive and say this far and no more. Or do you take action to eat. I would suggest that you try to take these thoughts captive and NOT act each time in eating. Act in a a direction of taking a walk or reading an article about heart disease or diabetes or a vacation destination you're dreaming of. Something that will make an impact on your brain.
Please let me know how you're doing. This sounds like it could be dangerous if it is obsession you.
Take Care,
Bear

Maybe you can go to mall and buy some small size dress, then you would be encouraged.

Count the calories as you eat. It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.

I have days like that and have yet to figure out why it happens. Other days, I don't eat as much and don't think as much about food. I am wondering if it has to do with needing certain vitamins or other nutrients at a basic level, so our bodies keep telling us to eat. It might be worth having blood work done to see if you're deficient in something.

This sounds like an unhealthy obsession to me. I'm not trying to bash or hurt your feelings, but maybe you should seek a doctor's advice before you wind up with heart conditions or other health problems. It sounds like you have binge eating disorder to me.
I dont' think about food all the time-mainly because I keep myself occupied..I read, mylot, walk 1/2 hour a day, watch a good movie, anything to forget about that gallon of ice cream in the fridge.
