I love potatoes...

i only love potatoes if they are fried into french fries and cooked in chicken or beef broth or dish , other wise i dont eat em, cause they taste plain , i have tried mashed potatoes and theyre not that tasty

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Spray on non-stick whatever you use in the baking pan. Cut up some potatoes round, cut up chopped onions,chop fresh green jalapenos, put all in the pan add milk, butter, shredded cheese and salt and pepper, bake until potatoes are done and cheese is melted you have to keep checking and stir around a little so cheese doesn't burn. Another potato lover! I adore potatos and they are my starch of choice 4 nights a week. I dont have any super terrific recipes, I guess because I dont feel they need to much to accentuate them. But I will share a weekly potato ritual I have had for ages. I make mashed potatos from scratch pretty much once a week. I love them and I always make extra. The next day when I am alone in the house and no one to cook for, I make mashed potato pancakes. Add a litle agg and some onion maybe some cheese and garlic salt. Delicious!!! Add a dallop of herbed sour cream and its even better.

my fav dish is stuffed parathas.... a delicious indian cuisine.... apart from that i also love french fries.....
