Bacteria in Sanitary Napkins after a few hours. Is this real?

I just read this information in the internet that every 2 hours the sanitary napkins have an average of 107 bacteria/sqmm if you will not change your napkin. That is why girls feel itchiness.

is that right?? honestly, i won't be surprise if there are MORE than just 107 bacteria/sqmm.
