Everybody is unique, there's a lot of reason to be fat. May be it's for a bad food habit, may be is emotional, may be is the methabolism, even could be your life style.
If you don't eat fruits and vegetables, you have a good chance to be fat, but there is a lot of people who don't eat that and it's not fat.
So, you must answer a lot of questions before to know why you are Fat.
In example:
Do you eat fruit and vegetables 4 or 5 days a week?
Do you drink water while you eat?
Do you eat at work? or you take your time to eat patienly?
Do you sleep well every night?
Are you stressed?
Do you regulary do excersices or walk?
Do you live in a warm or cold city?
What's your job? are you happy?
And a lot of other questions that helps to know you better and figure out why you are fat.

There a different reasons why people get fat. Sometimes it has to do with your metablism, most times it has to do with the foods you eat. If you continue to eat the wrong foods with to much sugar, salt, butter, and greasy foods you will gain weight and end up getting fat. Also if you don't exercise and just sit around eating these bad foods and not exercising you will get even fatter. If you take all the white color foods out of your diet such as sugar, flour, white rice and white bread this will help you lose weight, but you also have to exercise at least 3 times a day.

Hi,
I really do not know why I am fat. I do not over eat and I also exercise regularly, but my obesity chart says I am on the border line of being obese. May be high %age of TSH level in my body(one of many diseases I am suffering from) is the real cause of my being fat. Anyway I hv decided to fight with this obesity and hopefully will succeed also.

There are so many reasons that cause one to become fat. And the most possible one that people do not control their appetite and eat so much junk food.
Besides, lack of exercise is another possible reason.
Now people splurge their time on the Net and forget the importance of doing sports.
