Is there a lost Ubuntu grub can be overcome?

Lost grub becomes a big problem for Ubuntu users lose access options because between Ubuntu and other operating systems. For the corrupt grub also be problem because you can not access this course go anywhere either Ubuntu operating system or the other. So, is there a lost Ubuntu grub can be overcome?
