Do you drive/ride under the prescribed speed limits?

Well i know it is really difficult..especially in case of youngsters..But don't you feel they want us to drive really slow??

hi friend,sure i will drive only under prescribed speed limit.
my weight is only around 48kg with this weight if i drive fast sure i will fly away

if i am in no hurry to reach somewhere, i usually prefer to drive within the speed limits.... listening to some nice music on the way
