Hi guys, if you are one those people who downloaded the Paypal wishlist application in facebook, made up your wishlist and referred your friends with Paypal wishlist too, then you have earned something with paypal. I earned about $14 with them, I received an email saying that they will credit the amount i have earned on my paypal account. I logged in to my account to accept the payment request from them, but the payment has not been made yet. So i wanna know if have you already received it on your paypal account?

you dont need to be verified to earn the amount...all you have to do when it arrives is to accept the payment..

80$!! That is a lot. Your paypal account need not be verified to get the payment. They will send it you just if you have the account and have registered it with paypal wishlist.
However, if you want to verify your account, you need to provide your credit card details or your bank account details.

No not yet, but I guess there are mails circulating by name of paypal about that, I would suggest don't trust that as they might be scam and also risky for your account. Paypal has already mentioned that they will pay by the end of Feb-10, and the mails contains link to accept the money, it might be tracking your login credentials and then you can think what may happen. I would suggest that ignore the mails, and wait till february . If paypal want to give money to your account it will not ask you to accept the payment. So just wait and ignore all such mails.

Yes you can send the mail from any name, if you have SMTP. so you cant trust just by seeing the from address. But usually we don't go that far, but as this is related to your virtual money account, we must be cautious. And to check details of any mails you can check the headers of the mail which gives the complete details of the sender of the mail.

hello
I do agree with you, and similar doubts..about fraud mails to know the details of your paypal account..But, perhaps ( I strongly feel ) the mail is from Paypal only..
I verified at my level best after logging in thru my bookmark..but at the same time have changed my password too as a precaution..and would suggest the same.
Good Luck

I don't received any such e-mails. I have $8 in my account. But it is not send to paypal account. There is time till February 28,2010. Paypal will automatically receive that money. Beware of false propaganda.

I earned only 1.00$ in this Wishlist but I didn't receive the money and as I know it's not worked for everyone. I mean that only few countries are on this 'promotion' so maybe I will receive nothing.

Well, I am not from the countries that this promotion was given, so I think I will not get my dollar, but it's OK. One dolar is not a big deal.
Thank you.

I did not receive any of such circulations or mails with regards to this. This can only shed light if someone would be able to say that he has been paid by this wishlist thing. Anyone?
I am not saying that this can be a confirmed scam, but it is better to be careful nowadays. It does really sound too good to be true and where in the world does the money came from? Is this business model even viable?
Cheers...
