IS virtual bux a scam??

I have recently joined a site virtualbux..Its a ptc site that pays 1 cent per click.it has about 15 clicks per day.minimum payout is $4.I was wondering where this site is legit or not.I don't want to waste my time over a scam.Help me out guys
