So before generating your computer configuration, you need to qualify what is your requirement for that computer. And this including the software for your personal computer. Windows seven is launched, but you can still install windows vista. Then, you will almost need office program too, so you might want to look at microsoft office. For other alternatives, you should see Linux for operating system, and OpenOffice for office program. Both linux and openoffice are free to use.
