The influence of Simon for American Idol Popularity.

If Simon is not a member of jury on American Idol again, whether the event would decrease the popularity ?Because we know, he is the only judge on the show who like to comment spicy, often have different opinion with others juries member and often disagreed with others members. But it must be admitted that he was as one of the attractions. So myLoters, what do you think ?

Hi,I think Simon Cowell plays an very important roll on this show.I like Sinmon's appearance on each season of American Idol.That's no doublt that there is a crowd of people watch the show because of Simon Cowell,I am one of them!His spicy comments and a Porker-face when make a comments make some contestant hate him and some others love him.But he eally is a very strict and serious jury of the show.having attracts many girls.
Personally speaking,an excellent jury is always an very important part of the show.Yes,I also agree with Charm21 's opinion,comtestant are very talented.They are the real leading actors on the stage.But Simon's spicy comments do bring a lot of attractions.Without Simon,the show is still successful,but less wonderful,the event would decrease the popularity.

I thinks it is not fair to say that the show is only successful or popular because of Simon. Don't get me wrong, I love Simon and the way he judges the contestant but it is not just him. It's all about supporting the contestant that you like and see how will he do and if he will survive the week. But it's not just Simon. Though he may have helped a little bit on the show's popularity.
