What kind of music do you prefer when you are down?

In ourel and challenge society, we suffer from so much pressure, visible and unvisible. Sometimes we need to release ourselves and creat a new happy atmosphere. And when I am really down, I like to listen to music. Because it can speak out my mood and mind. So, blue music is my preference when unhappy. What about yours? Do you like music a lot?

When I'm down I listen to a certain playlist I have full of songs that are often about going through and triumphing over hard times. I don't want to listen to sad music when I'm sad, I want to be able to get up out of my misery and not be sad anymore. Listening to this playlist of mine really helps.

I usually prefer to listen to something calm when I'm feeling down. It doesn't necessarily have to be a happy or a sad song, but just something that has a soothing tone rather than a lot of beats or high pitches. If the lyrics match my situation, then that's always a huge reason for me to listen to a certain song, too.

Hi, theweerouss. You're right. If the lyrics match my contemporary mood then i will listen it again and again. And most people will prefer soothing tones when they need calm instead of those nosiy beats. Happy everyday.

something that would make me fall asleep...a calm one... listening to it while i am on my bed hugging my pillow.. hehehe

i like to listen the melody songs of a.r.rehman .i like his style of music.and i am having a great melody collections of a.r.rehman.because it helps me to avoid me from lonely.and i will pray the almighty god to cure my heart from sorrows.......

yes of course i like music very much,when i am down i choose melodious numbers ,especially the literal meaning with the melodious, this type type of music i listen when i am down, this is my opinion about the music.
