How to create a website?

Hi friend. Do you have any experience with blogs? Do you want to spend some money to buy a host or want to use the free hosts? Are you familier with PHP, ASP,... or only html? Even, I didn't understand you want to design it yourself or want to ask someone to do it for you? As you see you have many different options. If you are a beginner I suggest to start with Microsoft Front page as the first step.
