Title says it all.
I want to know your opinions and suggestions about different places here in the Philippines and hopefully, I could visit on that place.
Anyways, do you still consider Philippines a Paradise? If you do, where is your ideal paradise?

I have found paradise in the Philippines and it is in El Nido, Palawan. The white sand beaches are even better than Boracay. And the Islands are truly majestic and breathtaking. If you saw the movie "The Beach" starring Leo Dicaprio, El Nido is much better than the beaches shown there. I believe we can really promote this place as a tourist spot because it really is a world class paradise.

Yes, I have been to boracay and I thought I saw the best beach yet in the Philippines but when I went to El nido, I was really in awe with all the white sand beaches there. You have to go there during summer though because if it rains, it will not be that much fun to go there.

Definitely Boracay!! The clear ocean blue water and powdery white sand is just heavenly. Not to mention the sea creatures that you can see underwater while snorkeling or diving. Watching sunset in Boracay is also one of the most breath taking experience in life.

As long as local tourism is concern may be it is those in two places, Boracay and Palawan, these are the two most visited places in the Philippines. Visited not because for investment but rather for vacations.
People use to go here to spend their vacations together with their love ones. These places offers spectacular beauty of nature that can be considered as paradise on Earth.
The real Paradise cannot be imagine by its beauty, it is because no one went their and came back. We only categorized Paradise as a place of beauty and peace. And as long as the Philippines is concerned we have so many here not only those two mentioned places.

If there is a paradise, I would definitely say it is Palawan.
I am such a beach bum and if I would retire I would want a house near the shore.
Besides Palawan is the only province where there are no earthquakes and typhoon usually don't come here often. I just like to live in a rural life where life is so simple.

I would consider Davao city as a sort of paradise-like place, because everything you wanted for a comfortable life is here. Beaches, mountain resorts, fabulous restaurants, less traffic, clean air and water, less crime related incidents plus a very peaceful and quiet city. The cost of living is not really high and you can even walk around the city with a free spirit without fear of robbery and kidnappers. All major landmarks are accessible, the church, shopping malls, schools and wet market.
