How Many Different Banks Do You Deal With?

I have bank accounts at five different banks, and deal with two additional ones because I have credit cards with them. That's a total of seven banks. It's getting very complicated to keep track. I have different reasons for each bank, but most reason's are obsolete now. (Ex. I opened one account because I worked near it and would pass by that bank on my home from work. But that was years ago, and I no longer work in that area.) How many banks do you deal with?

I just have one for me.Did you have all those bank for the use of credit cards?then you will be in serious trouble one day.Now a days, all banks are forcing hidden service charges on their customers and with five accounts, you have to spend a lot for the maintaining itself. My humble idea is to close all the unwanted accounts.

Luckily all the accounts I have don't charge any fees unless I make more than two transactions a month, and I don't. Thanks for your response.

I have only one account in one bank and one credit card, all is alright with this bank, never had problems. Ouch, sure, it must be very difficult to deal with 7 banks, maybe you can close some of them?

Five bank accounts?! Holy cow. I have 2, and that's quite enough. Well, including credit cards.. I technically deal with 4 different banks. I have 2 credit cards and 2 checking accounts. And that feels like a lot to me!

I just have several bank accounts.I think it is unnecessary to open lots accounts, after all,I do not operate a company. In fact, most of the time I just use two accounts.I would like to choose the bank which have many branch and have good serivice.Simplicity is the best.
